: Hotel was nice.. not the best position...
: The breakfast to go was not a good experience. We had no table in the room, only $ 10 per room and few items were too expensive! At the 5th floor there is a nice breakfast room with view, where they could organize with less tables and only greenpass owner a much better service.

: Nice place...and the girl at the front desk was so nice.
: Hard to find. The address you have listed takes you to a factory 2 blocks away. And the sign on the hotel was so small, I drove by it twice. Thank God the girl at the desk was able to give me directions when I called.

: Went back to room around midnight and door locked batteries were dead and if it was not for Vincent who helped us get back in our room would have been horrible. Should check to see if all door batteries are in working order was still very inconvenient at midnight and tired and just wanting to go to bed

: The room was spacious and well-laid out. The beds were pretty comfy (I like a very soft bed so am not objective). The staff was efficient and reminded us of the 11 AM check out which showed they care. And in spite of current COVID, the availability of food in the morning was nice. Oh and the shower was one of the warmest I have had in a hotel!
: Curb appeal - but its not the fault of the hotel just the location. I think over time this place will be part of more businesses in the area.

: The price and proximity to Manhattan, their coffe was good.
: The room was bland and cold, not cozy or elegant. The trains across the street were loud, could use more soundproofing as I could hear the people in the next room as well. The shower curtain was falling off the wall which made it hard to shower.
